We are currently looking for an experienced Case Manager for the Greater Boston area; responsibilities include Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. RN Hospital case management experience and/or telephonic case management experience preferred. We are also looking for experienced RN Caseload Managers and Home Care RN’s who have utilized OASIS.
