Facility Description:
120 bed, state-of-the-art transitional care center uniquely presented in a luxury, resort-style residential setting located in Ft Worth, TX.

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
