The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency. The key responsibilities involve budgetary management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. The candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
*MUST BE A RN
*MUST HAVE HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A HOSPICE AGENCY
*MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Salary DOE with bonus eligibility
