DIRECTOR OF NURSING/HOSPICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Administrator/Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall operation and clinical management of the hospice agency. The key responsibilities for this position include budgetary management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Clinical or Operational Management experience in Hospice
-Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State Board in which he/she practices.
-Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
Compensation is negotiable. Bonus: up to 25% of base salary.
