The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the hospice agency.
Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency.
Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
Requirements:
Must be a RN
Must have Hospice Clinical Management Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Director of Nursing working for a Hospice Company for 1 to 3 years.
