RN Director Medical Surgical

We are seeking a dynamic Director for our Med/Surg + two additional areas, to continue our high level of care within our growing healthcare system
 

 Responsibilities

You will be providing the overall direction of these departments, educating and managing staff, and continually updating our policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities to include budget, regulatory, and staff retention.

We are a progressive, mid-size, acute care facility - financially stable and profitable, providing excellent patient care.

Job Requirements:
Yes, recent Director level experience with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
