Director of Case Management

The Director of Case Management provides leadership with regard to Healthcare reform, resource management, quality and cost effective care. Responsible for planning, directing, implementing and coordinating the case management effort
The Director of Case Management will provide leadership to resource management, clinical quality patient care, and cost effective patient care. Our goal continues to be to provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
The Director of Case Management will be responsible
Resource management
Case management staff development/education
Continually strive to improve quality outcomes
Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve maximum goals
Continue to develop a strong case management team based on a positive working environment
Work effectively with other department Directors in meeting hospital’s goals and objectives
Responsible for applicable regulatory requirements
Director of Case Management responsible for: Policies/ Procedures/ Capital Budget
Provides necessary education to staff to ensure team adheres to hospital’s goals.
Works closely with other Director’s in meeting hospital’s goals and objectives.
Minimum Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
5 years of clinical nursing experience with management responsibilities
ACM or CCM preferred
