Our client is seeking a REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (RDO) to oversee twelve (12) Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Central Illinois area including:
* Peoria
* Decatur
* Normal
* Champaign
RDO's are responsible for financial performance, quality care, customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance to company policies and programs. Reports directly to the Divisional Vice President.

MUST HAVE:
5 - 7 years in multi-facility managment in a subacute, rehabilitative care environment. Skilled and managed care experience required.
Bachelors degree required - Masters preferred.
ILLINOIS LNHA License required
Regional experience in Long Term Care
Responsible for a region 5 buildings or larger
Salary DOE with bonus offered for the right candidate!
