PHLEBOTOMIST
Phlebotomist needed for busy draw location in local market. Full time hours are Mon-Fri 8AM -5PM. Patient demographics include pediatrics through geriatrics. Excellent customer service skills as well as data entry skills are required as facilty utilizes electronic requisitons and EHR's.

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
-State Phlebotomy Certification (where required)
-High School diploma or GED
-A minimum of 1 year paid working Phlebotomy experience
-Pass a drug screen and background check
-Customer service attitude
-Thorough tube knowledge
-Complete understanding of the order of the draw
-Excellent venipuncture technique
-The ability to successfully draw the hardest of patients
-Ability to draw patient after patient with no re-sticks
-Data entry skills
Preference given to candidates who possess the following skills:
-Bilingual
-Pediatrics through geriatrics experience
-High volume drawing experience (50+) per day in an environment where the sole responsibility was to draw patients back-to-back throughout the entire shift, as work at a hospital or reference laboratory
-High level of self confidence in ones own phlebotomy technique
-Excellent customer service consistently demonstrated
Job Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM
