300 + Bed Not for Profit Healthcare System
Administrative Operations of 8 units approx 12 direct FTEs and staff FTE's. This position has all the Critical Care/Cardiac Units which will include:Cath Lab, Vascular Lab, Non-Invasive, Cardiac Rehab Program, Cardiac ICU, Post Surgery/Telemetry Unit, Cardiac Floor (medical/telemetry). Working collaboratively with other administration and other departments to provide best of care to the patient population and the families. Needs to be charismatic change agent – hospital is working toward magnet status. Looking for a charismatic Transformational Leader with a passion for the Art and Science of Nursing
