The Department Director directs, plans, and coordinates the operations of our cardiovascular services including cardiovascular and EP labs, interventional radiology, and telemetry units on a 24-hour basis. The Department Director is expected to achieve department and organizational goals while ensuring optimal outcomes for designated patient populations within the approved operating budget. This individual will continue productive working relationships with physicians in their areas and promote staff clinical development and education. Through effective leadership, carry out health systems values and philosophy of providing excellent patient care and customer service, efficient decision making, and produce high quality outcomes and cost efficient patient care.

Job Requirements:
BSN, prefer Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Hospital Administration or MBA, plus 5 yrs. of progressively increasing administrative roles within a cardiovascular department.
