The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the department in addition to providing support and education to staff. The Nurse Manager reports to the Department Director and is responsible for leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals. This position be involved with maintaining the highest degree of clinical and operational performance of the service The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager must demonstrate a commitment to providing quality, cost effective, customer focused service to patients and physicians.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
BSN
Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills
Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience.
Minimum 3 years specialty nursing experience.
Minimum 2 years management experience.
Cath Lab experience required.
Electrophysiology experience preferred.
