Healthcare Administrator - Nationwide
Decypher is looking for candidates who can be a part of a major nationwide effort to support our Air Force Medical Service customers in a variety of services.
Description

Individual will conduct studies, analyze, plan, program, advise, and implement necessary corrective actions in support of one or more of the following medical activities as specified in task order requirements: facility management, materiel and services management, personnel administration, war and emergency planning and training, aeromedical evacuation, resource management, biometrics, health plan management, group practice management, health systems design, information management and technology, data systems design, research administration, and health services training and education.

Makes recommendations on medical administrative processes to include operations, hospital accreditation programs, and business improvement processes.
Requirements

Education and experience requirements vary depending on the task order, but rinclude:
-
Level III – Required Bachelor’s Degree in: accounting, business administration, computer science, information systems, economics, finance, health care administration, marketing, business management, public administration, clinical or health systems engineering, or other related business field + 5 yrs experience

Level IV – Required Master’s Degree in health care administration, hospital administration, public administration, business administration, business management, information systems management, or related health care administration field.+ 10 yrs experience: or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the above fields + 20 yrs experience

Level V – Required Doctorate or MD Degree + 5 yrs experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient using MS Office Suite

U.S. Citizenship is required

Previous military or DoD experience supporting medical related missions and/or systems is a plus
-
Security clearance is a plus
