Director of Finance - Acute Care Hospital
CPA Required - Strong Revenue Cycle experience required
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Finance for our acute care hospital.
Responsibilities Include:
Development of a comprehensive financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the entity in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Provide financial consulting and interpret financial information to the board of trustees, senior management, and entity managers.
Responsible for the preparation of the operating and capital budget, and financial three-year plan.
Coordination of senior management's best estimate of operating results, capital needs, working capital, and financing needs.
Responsible for the daily supervision of the Finance/Accounting office, Patient Access Services functions (including revenue cycle and performance scorecard), Medical Records, IS Manager, and Materials Management.
Serve as the Entity Compliance Officer; rotate as administrator on-call
EDUCATION:
-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
-CPA required; must be current and active certification
EXPERIENCE
-Three to five years of increasingly responsible management and leadership experience in a finance/accounting department of an acute-care, full-service hospital.
-Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong numerical aptitude, verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $ 95,000 - $ 107,000
