The Director of Women's & Children's Health Services is responsible for program planning, decision making, managing and coordinating Womens Health Services clinical care delivery systems which promotes safety and quality outcomes for the patients within the system.

The Director reports directly to the CNO.

RESPONSIBILITES

Provide administrative support to the Departments of Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pediatrics

Control annual captial budget, sign off on annual audits

Provide strong leadership in motivating team to include managers, coordinators and 200 indirect FTEs

Focus on achieving optimal and appropriate resource utilization

Coordinate all services including planning an director of the clinical staff/ patient care

Provide council and professional development opportunities

Build customer loyalty among physicians and employees

Create Best Practice Reports

 REQUIREMENTS

Must be a registered nurse (RN)
BSN required, MSN Preferred or in process
Strong clinical background within specialty
Progressive leadership advancement in addition to strong work history
