We are looking for a certified professional coder (CPC-H) with a minimum of three (3) years of hospital inpatient coding experience.
Spine and Ortho experience preferred.
High School Diploma
Medical Terminology, Anatomy via courses or equivalent.
Training in ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 coding practices and guidelines.
An absolute minimum of 3 years (36 months) in acute care medical records coding required. If only 3 years, all coding experience should be predominantly medical records.
CPC or CPC-H Required
