The campus also features a public Christian daycare that allows meaningful intergenerational programs between residents and the children. Other services include respite care, in- and outpatient therapies, restorative care, delightful and stimulating activities, expert wound care and specialized dietary meal plans.
We specialize in subacute services for patients who need advanced medical services. These services may include medical management, rehabilitation, infusion therapy, and VitalStim therapy for treatment of dysphagia.
Rehabilitation - In patient - Out patient
Rehabilitation is often a critical component of a resident's care plan. A skilled team of physical, occupational and speech therapists evaluates the rehabilitation needs of each resident and designs an outcome-oriented treatment program.

This growth position allows a therapist to help grow our outpatient programs. It's also an opportunity for a new grad to get his/her first position in a well supported environment.
SNF experience a plus, though not required. Bring a great attitude and we train you how to achieve wonderful results with patients and residents. |

Bachelor s or master s degree in Occupational Therapy and proper state licensure as an occupational therapist when applicable. |
