Our vacation and paid time off exceeds standards as well! In the first year, employees receive 120 hours of paid time off, increasing by 20 hours per year! The best part of our paid time off program is its flexibility! You can use your time for vacation, holidays, sick days, or choose to take a cash payout at your request!
SYNERTX strongly believes in investing in our employees for the long-term! We offer employees a unique 401K plan. We will match employee contributions for the first 3% and match 50% of the next 2% contribution – a total match of 4% of your contribution! You can contribute up to $16,500 per year! Most companies require a five to six year employment period before vesting, but with SYNERTX your investment will be immediately vested!
In addition to our incredible 401K plan, we offer our long-term employees a Sabbatical Benefit for all employees who have completed 10 years of service. Every ten years you will receive an additional 6 weeks of paid time off, which you can combine with your yearly paid time off, to take an even longer vacation. The Sabbatical Benefit allows you to pursue travel, hobbies, extra time with family, or other means of refreshing and renewing yourself before returning to work!
We also provide annual Continuing Education Benefits of $500.00 per year, out of which SYNERTX will reimburse you for your attendance at conferences, seminars, and other educational pursuits, as well as for annual licensure renewal fees.

You have the potential to earn up to $6000 each year if you meet certain productivity expectations! We believe in rewarding our therapists for meeting reasonable productivity expectations.
