| Position Description: |
The Content (Test) Developer is responsible for editing and reviewing items (questions) to ensure their accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness, for classifying test items with respect to their content along with several predetermined dimensions, and for maintaining and updating item references in the database.
Working closely with the Director, other Content Developers, the Data Analyst, the Content Developer I follows the established item development process and ensures the exam items are accurate and up-to-date.

| Experience Required: |
Education and Experience:
- BSN in Nursing with 5+ years of recent Adult med-surg clinical practice
- Experience with exam development strongly preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Effective time management skills and multi-tasks skills
- Strong clinical nursing skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ethics and integrity a must
- Initiative and perseverance a must
- Behavior in accordance with core values
