| Position Description: |
Responsible for conducting data and clinical reviews, product verification, drug utilization review, call center duties and taking necessary actions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Responsible for operating computer to review prescriptions and other tasks. As needed, manages customer and prescriber interactions.

| Experience Required: |
B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D required. Maintains pharmacist license in State of Arizona. Must have basic knowledge of PC computer functionality and be detail oriented. |
