Our client-facility in Fallon is a beautiful and busy, 102-bed skilled nursing facility with a growing rehab program. They are currently adding a huge 5,000 square-foot rehab gym and are very excited to be working with SYNERTX to further develop their progressive and technologically advanced rehab program. | Position Description: |
As a Full-Time therapist with SYNERTX, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your therapy program!
You also have the opportunity to take on Rehab Coordinator responsibilities, if this is of interest to you! As Rehab Coordinator, you would be the liaison between SYNERTX and the facility, representing the rehab team at facility meetings, managing Med A RUGs levels, and ensuring the overall performance of the rehab program. We have internet-enabled software that integrates documentation, RUG management, and billing, and provides real-time clinical support, great report capability, and high visibility and insight into all aspects of the rehab department. This technology focus, along with our centralized billing and excellent staffing support, frees you to do what matters most patient care! While SNF experience is preferred for Rehab Coordinators, we do have an excellent training program in place. With SYNERTX, you will learn all you need to know to run an efficient and ethical rehab program where patient care always comes before financial results!

Most companies require a five to six year employment period before vesting, but with SYNERTX your investment will be immediately vested!
In addition to our incredible 401K plan, we offer our long-term employees a Sabbatical Benefit for all employees who have completed 10 years of service. Every ten years you will receive an additional 6 weeks of paid time off, which you can combine with your yearly paid time off, to take an even longer vacation.
