temp ER MD or PA for coverage ASAP/
locum/traveler for at least 6 months (we are open to perm placement as well), they have to have PALS, ACLS, BLS, ATLS.
It works out to about 8 /24 shifts per month.
They work some 12 s and some 24 s- most locums come for a week at a time and work between 3 and 4 24 shifts in that 7 day period- one on one off etc.
PA s/midlevels can work as long as they have 3 years ER experience and ACLS,ATLS,PALS certifications.
1. We need coverage for at least 2 -24hr shifts per week
2. There is no call because it s the Emergency Room- the person would be there for 24 straight hours
3. There is no pager- they would be working 24 hour shifts in the Emergency Room
4. There is no call back because they are already here onsite in the ER
If the person is not boarded in Emergency Medicine then we require 3 yrs of ER experience AND- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications.
The applicant will interview with Director of Provider Services and then another ER provider to answer all questions.
