As IT Program Director, you will lead the implementations of large IT programs for Prescription Solutions. In this exciting and challanging role you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and be responsible for gaining consensus and driving the successful delivery of strategic capital investment initiatives. You will initially lead a project currently underway to replace our Pharmacy Mail Order operations system with the Oracle eBusiness Suite. Principle Responsibilities: - This position requires proactive leadership, consensus-building and decision-making with business, IT and executive management
- Must influence senior leaders to align and agree to proposed IT solutions and decisions, which requires the ability to balance competing priorities and smooth contention
- Lead a matrixed team of up to 200+ onshore and offshore consultants, business and IT staff and infrastructure managed service resources
- Monitor global program activities and cross functional resource teams to insure program is delivered on schedule, on budget, meeting business requirements, and that quality project delivery standards and procedures are followed
- Provide executive updates to senior leadership on program status, challenges and additional support required
- Provide expertise and guidance on overall program direction and scope management
- Maintain high visibility on day-to-day activities with project team, while also ensuring sufficient face-time with key executives/stakeholders
- Manage program budget, resources and vendor relationships with system integrators, software vendors and internal managed services organization

| Experience Required: |
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology leadership
- Experience managing large, global delivery teams, including offshore and matrixed resources
- Strong leadership, poise, professionalism and ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Executive presence with exceptional senior leadership presentation skills
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills (including above-average PowerPoint skills)
- Experience managing program budgets, work plans, resource plans and overall governance, including issue/risk management, scope management, communications and status reporting
- Experience with all phases of systems development life cycle (design, development, testing, tuning, deployment, support)
Strongly Desired:
- Big 4 Consulting experience
- Health plan and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry
- 5 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
