Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa has been providing health care services to residents of Sonoma County for over 130 years. Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa has 135 licensed beds and serves a population of more than 130,000 people. It provides emergency care to residents of Sonoma County, as well as a portion of Mendocino, Lake, Napa and Marin counties. Its Family Practice Residency is affiliated with the University of California, San Francisco. Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa affiliated with Sutter Health in 1996 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
Sutter Medical Center Santa Rosa is located in the heart of Northern California's famous wine country, just 50 miles north of San Francisco and 30 minutes from the beautiful Pacific Coast. Providing quality health care services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 130 years, Sutter Medical Center Santa Rosa has 135 licensed beds and serves a population of more than 130,000 people. Centers of excellence include: Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Women's and Children's Services, and Level III NICU.
With minimal supervision the System Coordinator will support and maintain the Surgical Services software applications including scheduling (case and staff), peroperative, intraoperative, supply, billing, and security modules.

| Experience Required: |
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Experience in implementation, system support and database administration of similar systems. Understanding of Healthcare indusrty and hospital operations. A minimum of 2 years in the Information Technology related work experience, one-year hospital based project management experience. Understanding of general data interface concepts. General knowledge of network concepts.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), databases (ACCESS), and query language. Data management requirements including downloading, merging data and generation of reports, and integrating text, graphs, and statistics. Communicates effectively in English (verbal and written). Has the ability to think critically and set priorities. Working knowledge of established safety topics (e.g. Infection Control, Electical Safety, Disaster) as required by department and organizational standards.
