RN Staff Nurse- Home Care/Community Health- Farmville, VA 23901
This Community Healthcare provider is seeking a Staff Nurse for its Home Care division. This nurse will coordinate the overall plan of care for a group of patients in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. These nurses will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients in the area.
Must be licensed RN in the State of VA
Home Health experience preferred. Computer skills required.
Minimum of 2 years acute care experience.
Requires weeknight and weekend call hours on a rotating basis.
