| Position Description: |
Serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care, including, but not limited to: patient medication rounds, interacting with physicians and nurses to decide on medication plan of care, and patient & health care professional education.
Monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members on a daily basis.
Participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide and unit-specific committees, and serves as a resource for other pharmacists and health care practitioners.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school in the United States. Pharm D. with residency preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as a pharmacist in Maryland.
At least two years as a pharmacist in a hospital environment.

Monday-Friday days with weekend rotation
