| Position Description: |
Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming application activities
Analyzes, designs and implements business application computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems, questions or processes
Develops statements of problems and requirements, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment
Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software
Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
Participates in the design, specification, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems
Designs, codes, tests and documents computer programs of moderate complexity
May participate with customer in design reviews and technical briefings
Participates in the investigation of system requirements and assists in preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of forms and computer output, and documenting user procedures

Mon.-Fri. 8:00am to 5:00pm
|
| Experience Required: |
Requires 3-5 years of programming experience using specialized languages in any combination of pertinent education and experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to report status to leads
2-3 years of the following: SQL Server Development (TSQL) Excel Macro Development and VBA scripting Access Form and application development Visual Basic Scripting and Visual Basic for Application development
