| Position Description: |
The Director of Therapy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Therapy Department to ensure quality rehabilitation services are delivered consistently to residents. Responsibilities include reviewing charts and orders, managing treatment, overseeing therapists and Clinical Assistants, marketing and working with the interdisciplinary team.

The is primarily a management position. There is no productivity requirement for managers.
This management is for in-house permanent candidates only. Contract agencies need not call. |

| Experience Required: |
Must be a licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist in NC or eligible for licensure. New managers encouraged to apply, however experience in a SNF is strongly desired. |
