RN or LVN Manager
An outstanding opportunity has opened for a RN or LVN to join an up-scale, long-term care facility in a managerial role which would oversee the Resident Services Function. This is an outstanding, full-time opportunity for an individual looking to continue their supervisory/managerial career path.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
DO NOT APPLY unless you are a licensed RN or LVN in CA with at least 2 years of long-term care experience.
Must have a background in conducting resident assessments, as well as maintaining and updating care plans
As this role will supervise a small staff of LVNs and caregivers, previous supervisory experience is required
Have working knowledge of current care standards and medication regulations
Must have experience conducting resident assessments, maintaining and updating care plans, and supervising staff
Experience with assisted living care is a plus but not required
