We recruit for companies nationwide in industries such as: Construction, Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical, Nursing, Insurance, Legal, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, Finance, Mortgage, Retail, Real Estate, IT and Technology.
Requirements:
Strong selling and negotiation skills required
Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruiting required; Permanent Placement preferred
Corporate recruiting with emphasis on recruiting background are encouraged to apply
Proficient in: MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook Pro experience is a MUST
Previous experience working with candidate tracking systems is a big plus
Positive attitude, money motivated, and a desire to work in a fast paced environment
Local candidates within a maximum of 45 miles from Temecula, CA
