| Position Description: |
The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing/medical inpatient/outpatient services within the scope of practice:
Responsible for eliciting patient histories and conducting comprehensive evaluations.
Ordering, conducting and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing.
Generating and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Teaching and counseling patients, families and staff as needed.
Specific age groups are identified in the position responsibilities.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Experience with endovascular patient management
Skill in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice.
Experience with intra-ventricular device monitoring, drainage and management
Clinical management of neurosurgical and neurological patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Clinical management and knowledge of the AHA Stroke Management Patient Care Guidelines
