Pacific Gardens is a 180 bed licensed SNF, located in the growing southeast part of Fresno. In a few short years, Pacific Gardens has become the area s leading rehabilitation provider for the elderly. With a caseload of 70-75 residents undergoing daily therapy, services plans for facility expansion and an outpatient satellite are underway. Getting a resident home requires special skills and approaches and our twenty therapy professionals offer a variety of specialty programs designed to optimize and maintain physical and psycho-social functioning. New therapists will be trained in a variety of creative approaches such as falls prevention, urinary incontinence, pulmonary rehab, cognitive management using Claudia Allen approaches, dysphagia management, low vision assessment and adaptation, contracture management, pain management, behavior management, environmental adaptation, restraint reduction, wheelchair positioning/adaptation, wound care, and community re-entry. You ll enjoy being a member of a multi-faceted rehab team, interacting with stable and supportive administrative, nursing and marketing departments.

Required experience and qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Occupational, Physical and Speech Language Pathology pprograss, from an accredited college.
Ability to practice unencumbered within state and federal guidelines.
Passion for aiding and working with the elderly.
Openness to travel between facilities.
Preferred, but not required:
Experience working with elderly patients.
