Responsible for running a dialysis business within a defined group of facilities through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, marketing and financial management. Maintains profitability while adhering to the Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and policy requirements. Responsible for profit and loss management of each assigned facility/programs including optimal performance of facility operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators Schedule: Full Time Experience Required: Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or business related field or RN degree. Advanced education preferred. At least 2 years experience in managing and leading groups, preferably in healthcare.
