* Graduate of a 2 year program with internship, AS Degree
* State of Florida Technologist License
* Preferred - BA or BS Degree, MT (ASCP) or CLS (NCA) Certifications.
* Lab experience as an MT in Chemistry, Hematology and Blood Bank or recent.
* Knowledge of instrumentation?technology in the areas of Chemistry and Hematology.
* Good communication & excellent customer service skills
* Ability to teach an In-service
