| Position Description: |
Excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Department/ Fast Track of this rural, community hospital. This facility is extremely focused on providing the absolute highest level of quality patient care to the community.
Come join a friendly, team oriented staff with Physicians that provide an excellent mentoring environment, as well. This position is full time/ approximately 40 hours per week. Work schedule is Sunday-Thursday/ 1pm-9pm; FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS OFF! An excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to a SIGNING BONUS! Relocation assistance is also available if needed!
This rural area is located approximately 30 minutes from State College in Central Pennsylvania/Mifflin County. You will find natural beauty with a rustic charm here. Housing is affordable and there are a lot of outdoor recreational activities available in the area.
Qualified candidates will be licensed as a NP in the State of Pennsylvania with prescriptive authority and also ANCC certified as a CRNP. Prior clinical experience working in EM, FP, PC and/or clinical experience treating BOTH adults and children is required. New graduate NP's with prior RN experience working with the above mentioned patient populations will be considered, as well. The ideal candidate will have some experience working as a NP in Emergency Medicine.
