| Position Description: |
We are currently searching for an experienced CNO. Will oversee all nursing and have 7 Direct reports. Reports to the CEO. Must have budgeting and JCAHO experience.

BSN required, Master's strongly preferred
Must have JCAHO experience as well as budgeting
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Director level role. Prefer a current CNO but will strongly consider a multi-department director looking for a step up. |
| Compensation: |
100,000-135,000 |
| Benefits: |
Excellent above average compensation package including but not limited to paid vacation, insurance including health, dental and vision. 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid sick and personal days. |

Relocation and sign on are negotiable and both will be included in compensation package. |
