| Position Description: |
The Physical Therapist will deliver rehabilitation care to all residents in need. This will include the direct patient care services of evaluation and treatment. The Therapist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with nursing and all other rehab and facility staff. Our rehab-oriented environment ensures the best clinical outcomes and highest potential for return to home. The case-mix includes the full range of rehab diagnoses.
